We are Sacred Roots Apothecary, LLC.
We operate to manufacture our original products, as well as the classes we provide that these Terms
and Conditions refer to.

Regarding your access to and use of these Services, you, the user, and Sacred Roots Apothecary, LLC
have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read,
comprehended, and accepted all of these legal terms. You shall immediately cease using the Services
and be prohibited from doing so if you do not agree to all of these Legal Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right, at any time and for any cause, to amend these Legal Terms as necessary,
in our sole discretion. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and Conditions will be
updated to notify you of any changes. If the Terms and Conditions change, we won't get in
touch with you. It is your responsibility to periodically check these Terms and Conditions to be
informed of any revisions to our policies. Your continued use of the Services after the date on
which the new Terms and Conditions are posted will be construed as your acceptance of
updates and changes to the Terms and Conditions.
Any losses or damages resulting from events outside of our control are not covered by our
liability.
We are not responsible for any allergies, allergic reactions, or damages caused by these instances. All
ingredients are posted in item descriptions as well as item packaging. You are solely responsible for
knowing if the user is allergic to the ingredients in the products you purchase.

Our Services
We will only use the information we collect about you when you use our services to complete orders
and to help us communicate with you. We will never share this information with any parties.

Shipping
We allow 3 days for your purchase to be processed before shipping. We allow 3-5 days for shipping. We
are not responsible for any losses or damages in the shipment process.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property and property rights in these Services belong to us. The Services may not be
reproduced, published, sold, licensed, or disseminated in whole or in part. You must make a request in
order to use any portion of our assets, material, or services. You can reach

to be utilized. We will reply by granting or refusing permission to use our property. Your right to use our
Services will be immediately terminated for any use of our property without our express authorization.

Submissions
You agree that any submission of reviews and feedback to be posted on the website will be reviewed
and may be removed for any reason we deem necessary. Comments that are nasty, fraudulent,
harassing, defamatory, spam, or misleading are not tolerated. Such comments will be removed and the
offending user will receive appropriate treatment.

Services Management
We reserve the right to keep an eye on user behavior and to take appropriate legal action
against anyone who breaks these Terms and Conditions or the law. You are not allowed to open
a new account using your real name or a false one if we suspend or deactivate your account for
any reason.
Disclaimer
It is your obligation alone to be aware of any allergies, whether for you or the person for whom
the purchase was meant. Our goods are made from herbs. Before making a purchase, users are
strongly advised to learn about the substances in our goods and their allergies.
Before using our products regularly, it is strongly advised to do a test application on a small
patch of skin if no allergies are known. Before continuing use, watch for any allergic responses
for a full day. If the user, or the person using the product, is allergic to any ingredient in the
product DO NOT USE IT.
Our classes are outdoors and include close contact with plants. We are not responsible for allergies or
allergic reactions during the classes. It is your responsibility to know your allergies. We are not
responsible for damages, illness, injury, or otherwise related to our classes.
